This review has come 10 years late.
Then Mr Sim did not have such a social media presence. I stumbled upon Sim The Builder recently and I "owe" Mr Sim this review. Mr Sim - principled, honest and to standard. He took over a contract where my first builder ran-road. He did not ask for that downpayment (that I paid to the ran-road 1st builder) but to just pay according to progress of the project. Mr Sim did NOT play variation order, he said he would deliver a reasonable project. He kept his word. He was super strict with his workers and in turn they worked hard and the supervisor Si Qiang was always demanding standard. Mohan then worked on the project as well.
When I shifted to my home in 2015, we were overjoyed. My family really had a very positive experience with Mr Sim and his team. Through the years, they would come by to do needed fixes (commonly leaks). Thank you, Mr Sim for we have such a little home to call ours where you rescued us from that first ran-road builder.
